Frequently Asked Questions

No two suites are exactly the same.  Most of our suites have exterior windows with natural light.  All suites have floor to ceiling privacy with opaque glass doors ensuring privacy.  Ceiling height is 8-10' depending on location and no ceiling tiles.  Ceiling lights and chandelier included in each suite (no fluorescent lighting).

Each hairstylist suite is complete with mirror, styling chair, shampoo chair with ottoman and headrest, EyeVac, mobile styling cabinet (accommodates both right and left handed stylists), storage cabinet.  Most suites include a color sink and additional storage.

A $395 one-time move in fee is required at lease signing.  Initial rent is due 24 hours prior to move in. 

Suites start at $295 per week with a discount for monthly.  One year minimum lease required.

Once you decide on your suite, you will receive an email to create your own portal, sign lease and process payment via your secure log-in.  Future weekly or monthly payments will continue via the portal. 

YES!  You can personalize your suite to fit your business needs.  

Each location includes 24/7 access, keyless entry, alarm, lobby with seating, refreshments and snacks for clients, break room, common area cleaning, Wi-Fi, water, electric, on-site complimentary laundry and detergent.
